Toronto, Canada—Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”)(TSX:CSU), announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary N. Harris Computer Corporation (“Harris”), the acquisition of CareTracker Inc. (“CareTracker”), a subsidiary of OptumInsight. CareTracker is a provider of practice management solutions for physician practices in the United States. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition expands Harris’ existing U.S. healthcare business with QuadraMed into the adjacent ambulatory market, CareTracker’s Software as a Service (SaaS) platform enables Harris to continue its expansion into the U.S. healthcare information technology (“HCIT”) market.,Harris will continue to develop, sell, implement, and support the CareTracker solution using the same employee group headquartered in Providence, RI.
