As CEO, Jeff guides Harris by overseeing all corporate planning and strategic direction. He works with all Harris employees to ensure we continue to deliver on our goals and objectives and create value for all Harris employees, customers and shareholders. Jeff’s continual focus on accountability, responsibility, ownership and understanding continues to drive the Harris performance culture.
Before his appointment as CEO, Jeff made significant contributions to the company by holding various senior management positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Harris, Jeff spent seven years at Deloitte & Touche in their technology business practice. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree at Carleton University and is a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants.
As President of the Healthcare Group, Jerry Canada is responsible for the overall strategic direction and growth of Harris’ healthcare business units.
Jerry joined Harris’ executive team in 2002 with the MCS Spectrum acquisition where he was a founder. He served as its President since 1991. During his tenure with Harris, he has held numerous management positions, most recently serving as President, Harris Public Sector & Schools Group. Prior to that, he was the General Manager of the Spectrum and Schools Divisions. Before founding MCS Spectrum, Jerry worked in a variety of software related positions at Comptek Research and Barrister Information Systems.
Jerry earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Canisius College. He also completed the Entrepreneurial Planning and Management program of the Canisius College Center for Entrepreneurship. He is an initial organizer and past board member of InfoTech Niagara.
Santina Allen, Senior Executive Vice President, Harris Healthcare Clinical Solutions, is a committed leader in Healthcare Information Technology. Santina assumed responsibility for Harris Healthcare’s Electronic Record Solution, QCPR, in August of 2014 with direct accountability for product direction, R&D, project management, implementations, technical services, support, and sales and marketing. Throughout Santina’s 20 years of experience in healthcare (17 years with healthcare information technology providers), she has been dedicated to improving patient care through the use of information technology. Santina’s tenure with Harris Healthcare goes back to 2003, prior to Harris’ acquisition of QuadraMed, when she was based in the United Kingdom. She led and directed multi-facility QCPR implementations in England and Saudi Arabia. In 2007, Santina moved back to the United States to manage services and support for one of Harris Healthcare’s largest healthcare providers on the East Coast. Her clients were among the first to successfully attest for Meaningful Use. Prior to August of 2014, she served as Vice President of Professional Services for QuadraMed.
Santina earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology from Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI. Her passion for patient care was ignited in her early days as a volunteer at a local hospital in Pittsburgh, PA where she and others encouraged a healthcare facility take its first steps toward an electronic medical record.
